UGH---we are so so sorry that many of you have experienced some difficulties ordering from our new website. I want to re-assure you that our team is working round the clock addressing issues as we see them come up. I must say I am proud of how quickly we are fixing errors as they present themselves. But I do know how frustrating it can be when you are trying to simply place an order for music and there are charges that shouldn't be there, etc..
Anyway, I think we are well on our way to fixing all the initial errors after launching and rounding home. One new benefit to the improvements to our new site is that you will be able to always access your downloaded music in your Account after you order and pay for it. So if you lose the file for some reason it will always be here sitting in the cloud for you to easily access.
So BE SURE you set up an account with us instead of ordering as a Guest. This is just one of the benefits for doing so. Also you receive 10 MyMuscle reward points for registering. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent and when you get to 100 points, you earn a $10 reward. Pretty cool, huh?
