Follow these steps to submit a return request:
1. Log in, then go to Account.
2. Click Orders to see a list of all your orders.
3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Request Return
4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action
- Comments - (if exchanging, enter the CD you want instead)
5. Click Submit Return Request.
6. Print Return Label (if returning CD)

Return information:
It can take up to 10 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2-4 business days for the refund to be processed and 2-3 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
