Busy season returns

Don't you just love when Sept/Oct hits in our industry? Our business tends to pick up almost overnight as I'm sure your teaching schedule does. Kids are back in school; Vacationing is over and basically everyone is BACK to diet and exercising. I just love this time of year especially with the seasons changing. Although I am a New York City transplant living in Florida, I still enjoy the traditions that go with Fall such as pumpkins, cooler temperatures and the high energy of our fitness industry.  To help put you in the spirit, we just released our first ever "Scream & Sweat" Halloween hits playlist.
